Steven Fried, MD
Dr. Fried is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, and did an internship in Family Medicine at Overlook Hospital, Family Medicine, NJ. He has been a Family Medicine physician with Henry Ford Medical Group for seventeen years. His care philosophy is “I strive to treat patients with compassion and respect, while addressing their medical needs. My job is to be a partner with patients in designing a plan for their medical care. All medicines have potential side effects, and minimizing unnecessary use of medicines is always a priority.”

Diane Walkerdine, PT, MPT
Diane is a Physical Therapist licensed in the State of Michigan. She received her BS and MPT degrees at Oakland University, and is currently pursuing her MBA at Walsh College. She has practiced as a physical therapist for 27 years, with extensive experience with treatment of low back pain. She also has experience in Management, Program Management, and Data Analysis. She is excited to be a part of the MIBAC Coordinating Center team and to be a part of improving the care for patients with low back pain through evidence-based evaluation and treatment methods.
Keith Walworth, BSCS
Sr. Data Analyst
Keith graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minor in mathematics in 1989. He has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry.
He has extensive experience in designing and maintaining data systems and databases. He is excited to join the MIBAC Coordinating Center team to contribute his technical skills, expertise and experience to achieve the goal of improving outcomes for people in Michigan with low back pain.

Charlotte Coit, RN, MSN, MHA, CNOR, RNFA
CQI Auditor & Educator Specialist
Charlotte is a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Michigan. She received her MSN and MHA from UOP, and is currently Certified Registered Nurse of the Operating Room (CNOR). She has practiced as an RN for 35 years, with experience in Orthopedic and spine surgery. She also has experience in Nursing Leadership, Quality Improvement, and Program Development at a system level. She is excited to be a part of the MIBAC Coordinating Center team and to be a part of improving the care for patients with low back pain through evidence-based evaluation and treatment methods.
