Biography

Dr. Fried is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, and did an internship in Family Medicine at Overlook Hospital, Family Medicine, NJ. He has been a Family Medicine physician with Henry Ford Medical Group for seventeen years. His care philosophy is “I strive to treat patients with compassion and respect, while addressing their medical needs. My job is to be a partner with patients in designing a plan for their medical care. All medicines have potential side effects, and minimizing unnecessary use of medicines is always a priority.”

Marjan Moghaddam, DO

Biography
Dr. Moghaddam is a Board-Certified Family Practitioner (American Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians) with the Henry Ford Medical Group. Her medical school training was at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (2012) and residency training at Garden City Hospital, Family Medicine (2015). “One of the things I enjoy most about being a doctor is the chance to help people. I don’t just see a patient with a symptom, I see a whole person. I like to take a holistic approach to care so people stay healthy in mind, body and spirit,” said Dr. Moghaddam.
Linda Holland, DC

Biography
Dr. Holland is a Chiropractor with the Henry Ford Center of Integrative Medicine, Henry Ford Medical Group. She received her doctoral degree from Life University in Georgia in 1990. Prior to joining Henry Ford, she was in private practice for 29 years throughout the metro Detroit area. As an experienced practitioner, she has worked primarily in family care, focusing on various back conditions addressing the importance of spinal alignment, exercise, stretching, nutrition and meditation. Dr. Holland has certifications in the Webster Technique, Cox disc management traction technique and completed her certification as a Primary Spine Care Practitioner at the University of Pittsburgh.
Diane Walkerdine, PT, MPT

Biography

Diane is a Physical Therapist licensed in the State of Michigan. She received her BS and MPT degrees at Oakland University, and is currently pursuing her MBA at Walsh College. She has practiced as a physical therapist for 27 years, with extensive experience with treatment of low back pain. She also has experience in Management, Program Management, and Data Analysis. She is excited to be a part of the MIBAC Coordinating Center team and to be a part of improving the care for patients with low back pain through evidence-based evaluation and treatment methods.

Keith Walworth, BSCS

Biography

Keith graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minor in mathematics in 1989. He has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry.

He has extensive experience in designing and maintaining data systems and databases. He is excited to join the MIBAC Coordinating Center team to contribute his technical skills, expertise and experience to achieve the goal of improving outcomes for people in Michigan with low back pain.

Biography
Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Oakland University. She brings with her extensive experience in customer service, business coordination, executive administrative support, project management, training, and development, with experience both in healthcare and the automotive industry. Lisa’s skills keep the MIBAC team moving forward everyday by organizing our workflows and keeping us on track.

Biography
Alescia graduated from Central Michigan University with her master’s degree in Healthcare Administration in 2020. She has 8 years of experience in the healthcare sector and is skilled at organizing our program’s tasks to streamline our activities as the program grows. Her professional yet friendly demeanor is a welcome addition to our team, and she will be using all of her skills to build relationships with POs, practices, and providers as well as to contribute to the development of the MIBAC program.
Charlotte Coit, RN, MSN, MHA, CNOR, RNFA

Charlotte Coit, RN, MSN, MHA, CNOR, RNFA

CQI Auditor & Educator Specialist

Biography

Charlotte is a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Michigan. She received her MSN and MHA from UOP, and is currently Certified Registered Nurse of the Operating Room (CNOR). She has practiced as an RN for 35 years, with experience in Orthopedic and spine surgery. She also has experience in Nursing Leadership, Quality Improvement, and Program Development at a system level. She is excited to be a part of the MIBAC Coordinating Center team and to be a part of improving the care for patients with low back pain through evidence-based evaluation and treatment methods.
